Was going through a particularly difficult time several years back when I went there. The elderly Irish (?) woman at the reception was particularly unpleasant and seemed very hostile for some reason. I can only guess it had something to do with my appearance representing my faith as I am quite placid and non-threatening as a person.

This woman seemed to go out of her way to try to make me feel very low when I was already in quite a dejected state. If I hadn't been so down at the time I think I would have taken it up with her despite my normally non-confrontational personality.

The dentist and assistant were better, however, though I didn't return for the follow up appointment as a result of my experience there.

Best Dentist in London. Strongly recommend to anyone for private treatment. Dr Manny Vasant is very friendly and caring. My last dentist was never as thorough. The whole team at the practice are warm and professional. The hygienist Ben is a wonderful man full of character. I now look forward to my appointments.

Not happy with experience. Came here as a referral from my dentist to have wisdom tooth extraction. Appointment was at 10am didn't get seen until 12pm. Was given the local anaesthetic waited for 15 mins then went to be seen. I could literally feel them pulling at my teeth. Not pressure but actual pain so he gave me more and told me to wait 10 mins. They tried again and still I could feel the excruciating pain of them moving my tooth side to side I had to ask them to stop, I was told I have to come back another day as they had maxed out the maximum anaesthesia they could give me. The dentist gave me antibotiotcs prescription. I was crying on the way to the pharmacy due to the pain I was feeling and overall traumatic experience. I got to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and the Denist wrote the wrong date on the prescription so I was refused the medicine and I was told I had to go all the way back to the dentist for them to correct it for them to give me my prescription just to top it all off. Left feeling in shock and very shaken. I understand that these things happen but the overall wait time and being told that I would feel no pain and the mix up with the prescription I will be cancelling my next appointment and asking my dentist to refer me elsewhere where I can get put under general. Would not reccomend

Brilliant experience with the kids and wife. I have two boys turning 2 and 5. Dr Manny Vasant is such a friendly, gentle and approachable dentist. Lucky to have him as my dentist. Amazing view, very spacious and large windows, lots of natural light in a very expensive comfortable chair!
