Excellent, doctors are friendly and helpful, receptionists greet me by name and are absolutely lovely. I’ve been here for about 10 years they have helped with mental health issues, gender transition and long-term health conditions .

I'm crying coming here with my friend sense 2014 and always everything works very well! They are very well organised and all doctors are very nice and friendly. The receptionists are the "heart and brain " of this institution! A big thank you for a very well done job to everybody here. By the way, every time we get here we find a spot for parking and that is very important to know.

You can't "book an appointment" in the future, their receptionists say "you have to call at 8am", yet I call at 8 to get a dead tone because they're not open yet. Doctors are okay but a bit heavy on the "Fluoxetine-->Citralopram-->Mirtazipene" prescription route. After going there for help once I now feel like I spend half my time in this surgery, as I have to go in once a week to get a new prescription written up. Couple this with drugs that knock you out and receptionists who tell you to get stuffed if you call after 9am, its becoming seriously invasive to my day-to-day life. I've been coming here for 7 years and I'd get a new GP if i knew it would be any better. Nice and quiet and gentle though. Never been told to get stuffed in a gentler manner.

i have been with minster surgery for 6 years i have suffered from depression and PTSD i must say this surgery and all the receptionists are brilliant they take the time to listen and if they can fit you in they will. the female doctors are a class act and very understanding and the manager is never to busy to talk to you a big thumbs up

I have lived in Cardiff 2 and a half years and during that time have had a variety of serious illnesses. All members of staff, receptionists, nurses and of course doctors have given me their undivided attention and I have always felt listened to and valued. Long may it last - I am sure it will
