Been calling this place for 9 days trying to be seen. It is ridiculous, call at 2.30... asked to call back at 8.30..... call at 8.30 there are no appointments left! For 9 days. Moving away from this place ASAP. Called them up again and asked how am I suppose to see a doctor, and they just said call back. It’s just ridiculous.woyld give 0 stars if I could! Go to Clifton medical centre they are much better there, I will be registering in the morning!!

Very nice and forthcoming staff. Clean and accessible facilities. Unfortunately it can be hard to get an appointment at times.

No Walk In. We need to call at 8.30 am to make an appointment for any day(Not just being seen the same day). Sent an email complain to a manager, never heard back

You cannot book an appointment for a day in the future you HAVE to call in the morning. The website says lines open at 8am, however that is only for emergency, if you want to book an appointment you have to call from 8:30. I called at bang on 8:30 65 times! Before I got through and at 8:34 all bookings were gone for the day. I am moving away from this GP asap and would not recommend to anyone!

Worst GP’s in Cardiff . Trying to book a taxi medical since a month ago and they keep saying they don’t have a doctor who wants to do it even that I have paid £95 already for it to them . Really really bad .
