I was a regular customer but I’ve stopped going. The therapists seemed to be increasingly focused on speed, rather than quality so I found the waxing experience unnecessarily painful and not always to a good standard missing bits and not checking. I’ve been waxing for a long time so know a wax doesn’t have to be painful, for me anyway. I also found the staff very focused on sales and constantly trying to up sell you packages, another reason why I stopped going.

I got a hollywood wax here yesterday by Canada & i have to say it was the best waxing experience i've had! I've been for many wax's over the years and had very poor customer service, have been burnt before and all sorts. The second i came in i was greeted by a warm welcome. Very professional & she did an amazing job as i had short awkward hairs from previously shaving a couple weeks before. Also i booked this super last minute as i had a waxing appointment somewhere else and they cancelled on my as i was running 5 mins late!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND & ill be back next month!

Nice facilities. Very pushy selling tactics. Waxing services were fine but disappointed with the laser hair removal which after 12 treatments resulted in hair reduction of 0-5% max. Over the course of treatments I must have had about 4 different technicians too - which probably didn’t help. They couldn’t even add up how many treatments I’ve had left. I ended up spending a little fortune on nothing an I am now back to waxing needless to say elsewhere. Wish staff were more knowledgeable and advised me to discontinue. I feel like I’ve been ripped off so won’t be going back.

Hadn’t waxed in 8 months! I KNOW  And Shanice made it the most pain-free experience. Very knowledgeable on hair growth and gave me great tips for maintenance and aftercare.  I can honestly say it was the best wax I’ve ever had! She’s an absolute must, ladies!

Have had waxes my entire life so about 15 years waxing now, and always get a full leg and Brazilian. I am fair, with very little body hair. I recently had a wax and the aesthetician missed a small patch which is fine, it happens, especially with blonde body hair, but when I went in for my touch up, I was given a lecture on how the area they touched up was actually my "butt" it was literally 1 inch away from my vagina hole, to be very specific and would not normally be included in a full leg and Brazilian. I even bent over and showed the girl at the desk the spot, and she maintained it was "butt". It felt like they were trying to bullshit their way out of a blunder they had made by missing a little spot. Once my package is up I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Luchie did an amazing job with my individual lash extensions. She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly. Definitely will be returning

Loved it! So cute, professional, good advice and clean. Girl I had took her time to make sure it was done well but still took no time at all. Bonus points for being ALMOST painless too!!!

Staff polite and job ok but charging formula ridiculous. Ended up being completely overcharged double what was quoted for wax. Don’t go here

Brilliant service The therapist are incredibly knowledgeable, they planed everything I needed with affordable prices. This salon is a class of its own

I've read the other reviews on Google but personally I've never had a problem with these guys - the service has always been very professional, quick and with nice results.
