I've been getting brazilian/hollywood wax for the last 10 years, and Lani is by far the best aesthetician I have ever had! The quality is absolutely incredible and she makes the entire experience very comfortable. She's quick but pays attention to details, and goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience. The results also last at least twice the amount of time than going to European Wax Centres in the US. I will only go to Lani from here on out!
Easy to book in with a therapist. Upon arrival they make you fill out short questionnaire about your waxing history. I requested a senior therapist due to some previous bad experiences. I was put with Larisa. She was very quiet during the waxing service and I had to do most of the talking which isn't always ideal especially when certain areas are being waxing and you'd want to be distracted instead. Overall technique she used was decent and she was very thorough and took her time, which is a pro because it shows she wanted to do a good job but a little uncomfortable in the butterfly position for over 25 minutes. Wax was a little hot at some points but she used a clean stick for each and every application that was on me. Wax was good quality and they had a TV playing some series to help break up the silence in the room. Receptionist was nice and payment easy and offered water upon arrival and when you left. Would definitely come back and worth the money for a therapist who knows how to wax properly.
Honestly best and most affordable place in Central for waxes. I also get laser hair removal here and it’s fantastic.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Customer service is exceptional from Charlotte at reception to Aisha with wax and laser treatments. I started waxing with Aisha which was litterally the most pain-less wax session Ive ever had. Now I just started laser after Aisha explained all the details and really put me at ease. Laser is quick and painless! Really happy I found this place.

Great facilities and lovely staff, but overall quite bad wax. Facilities 10/10, genuinely amazing, clean and they keep you distracted with Netflix The wax experience is however wanting. Pain: about average, however I would say that the face and lower legs were more painful than any other wax I’ve had. Hairs ripped: way above average. I would say about half the hairs were ripped instead of pulled, meaning half my hair is basically as if I had shaved it. This was particularly bad for my armpits. Ingrown hairs: above average, particularly predominant on lower legs. Would not come again.
I have been looking for a hair removal salon since leaving NYC. A lot of beauty salon's use mediocre wax, however at Strip they use the proper black wax which is the best and most comfortable way to remove hair it is also super quick. Staff could not have been more friendly helpful and professional. I will definitely be returning to Strip!
I’ve been coming here for 5 years and always leave satisfied. Excellent customer service, very helpful when you need to resolve an issue. Highly recommend!
