Really friendly and skilled staff. Took my mum there for a birthday treat to have her nails, makeup and hair done. We got tea and biscuits whilst she was having her nails and hair done which was a nice touch. The lady did a fabulous job on her nails, the guy also did a nice job on her hair and make-up, although she wasn't too keen on the blunt fringe he gave her that she stated beforehand she didn't want, but she still looked lovely anyway.
I have been a client for over 15 years and am always delighted with my haircut. Visiting the salon is a pleasure as everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Whether I’ve wanted a completely new look or to maintain a great style, the result has always been exceptional. Environmental issues are important to me and the salon’s commitment to sustainability is vital. Highly recommended.
My daughter and I both had our first experience at Karine Jackson Sustainable Hair and it was a wonderful experience. I have a natural curly hair and have had many disastrous hair cuts over the years. Karine reassured me on the telephone when I explained my anxiety. I had a colour consultation prior to the appointment because I am not ready to live with my grey yet. Karine spent time talking about what I wanted to achieve long term with my cut and the best way to maintain it. Ashleigh spent time further to my initial consultation discussing how the balayage and the colour process over time could eventually lead to my hair long term plan of transitioning to grey. Needless to say I love the end results and can hand on heart say it’s the best curly cut and colour I’ve ever had. My daughter wanted her gorgeous straight blonde hair permed and I was very nervous. She did alot of research and found the salon as she wanted a salon that was environmentally friendly and sustainable. Anna was fabulous at her consultation and spoke about what was possible given the length and thickness of her hair. She tested her hair with the perming solution prior at the consultation to see how it would react. She gave my daughter advice on how to get her hair prepared for perming and how to take care of it. The results were amazing! Everyone at the salon was welcoming and friendly. We already have our next appointments booked!
Have been a loyal client at the salon for over a year, unfortunately I had to cancel a recent appointment the day before due to a personal emergency, I left a message the day before to make them aware of this and requested to rebook with them. After not hearing back I called again on the day despite me being busy to apologise and ensure that they got my message, unfortunately I was told by the owner in a rather rude manor that due to me only calling slightly less than 24 hours before I could not rebook with them. This is incredibly unprofessional, especially as a loyal client their lack of understanding for my situation and being dismissed from rebooking is disgusting. I do not feel welcome to return and will be finding a new place to get my hair done. In addition to this my 2 flat mates were also going to book with them from my previous glowing recommendations but I will advise them against this as their attitude towards clients is not respectful.
The best hair salon ever. True professionals, who are passionate about their job. They actually listen to you and give you advice. I'm really happy with my hair now. Definitely suggest this place to every woman or man, who is looking for great experience and a stylist who is LISTENING to you. Big thanks to Jacqueline, you are amazing. Looking forward to my next visit

A year ago I gave 5 star review but unfortunately this time I need to give one star because they don’t have less than a star to press on !otherwise I would have pressed. I’ve been a client for the salon for the entire year !I was so used to Joshua But this time they changed my hairstylist and the lady completely ruined my curls and my hair !!!!!!! I’ve been with my hair up for the last 4 months. I would never come back to this place EVER. On top of this they say they’re sustainable salon and there is plastic everywhere. What a SCAM

Had my haircut here and Joshua was AMAZING. He did such a lovely job and was very easy to talk to - I had a very vague idea of what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do and gave me lots of tips etc for styling & looking after my hair. Came here with a salon invitation and had my hair cut by the lovely Jaqueline! She gave me a scalp massage and I felt really pampered throughout the whole appointment. She explained why my hair were breaking so much, she suggested treatment and I left happy. I haven't cut my hair in almost 10 years because of how expensive London' salons are, but I think I will come back here for my future trims!
