Ming moon is always a top choice for me. It is centrally located in Birmingham’s city center, and the food is always fresh and tasty. The service is top notch, with very friendly and warm staff. I was served by Mehwish today, and she was exceptional; very polite, friendly, and prompt. The highlight for me is always the live kitchen where your noodles is made right in front of you to your taste. Always an amazing experience for me, and I’ll remain a lifetime customer.
Food was amazing, and was regularly being replenished. The staff were all so helpful and funny....they really want people to have a great time! We certainly did! Parking: We parked in the Arcadian car park, and was a simple 3 minute walk from the car to the restaurant
Great place. The food is fresh and delicious with multiple choice. Service is polite, fast, professional. Atmosphere is super. Cosy place. Comfortable sits. Modern music.Food: 5/5
Visited a few times now and have always enjoyed it, food is nice and hot with plenty to choose from. It's also a good way to try new Chinese curries that I've wanted to try but never have as I'm not sure if I'd like it or not. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and this restaurant is clean and tidy. They also do Too good to go bags which I've had once and got plenty of food.
I went here for my birthday, it was my first time and I must say it is a breathtaking buffet. Amazing food, amazing desserts and the service was fantastic! Our server Murat served my birthday cake and make us feel like royalty.. It was an amazing experience! I've definitely found my favourite place to go: Order the ying and Yang cocktail.. I couldn't get enough of them Kid-friendliness: Spectacular dining experience.. kids under 1.4m eat for free x
Arrived for a booking at 1pm Was slightly annoyed as booking gives you no advantage, walk ins were sat before us I understand early doors means plenty of tables but at least reinforce and prioritise the importance of using a service you recommended if you want it to be used. Other than that food and staff were brilliant and i would recommend the food to anyone visiting the town Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian options everything listed above each dish Parking: You will need to walk to this venue unfortunately but it's worth it Kid-friendliness: Kids welcomed long as they will sit and eat this is not a place they can run around Wheelchair accessibility: None! Flight of stairs up and set of stairs back down to get in to the restaurant unfortunately
I had my graduation reception with my family at Ming moon, the staffs were nice,brilliant service, great foodThe food was delicious. Especially Mehinish, one of the staff,she was super nice,she notice I was struggling with my baby, she immediately offered a high chair for my child. I will definitely come again.
We came in today to celebrate a Birthday. There were 10 people in our party. Everyone was very happy with the food and a service provided. Wine was quite expensive but very nice. The birthday celebration was a surprise when they brought the cake with a sparkler. We could fully recommend the Ming Moon to anyone. Many thanksFood: 5/5
My name is Stacey and my partners name is Shane and myself and my partner are regulars to ming moon we absolutely love it there we go twice a month maybe 3 we absolutely love all the staff members there they are so friendly and welcoming and are always there to offer any assistance you need the food 10/10 absolutely love the food and drink we went on Tuesday and our servers where Murat and Mehwish absolutely 10/10 servers they all are to be honest if I could I would have My wedding reception there excellent place for family's couples or even if you want to dine alone recommend to everyone xx
Plenty of selection and dishes replaced regularly. Very polite and friendly staff for table clearing and orders. Sadly most dishes rather bland but not terrible.Food: 3/5
