I called to your Millie’s store in Nottingham. To purchase a giant cookie, I had left it really late and didn’t think that I would have enough time to wait for it. It was done within the hour and amazing customer service from a lady called Marlana giant cookie was outstanding and my son loved it. 5* customer service, we will definitely be returning again

I receive a cookie cake most years for my birthday and this year I receive the worst one the cookie looked stale, it tasted stale it looked and tasted like already had it a week when I received it very disappointed I don't normally complain about things but this cookie cake wasn't up to standard.
Love it here. We placed an order for a cookie in the morning for my partners sister’s birthday. They gave us a rough time for when it will be ready but we were out during the day what they said was absolutely fine. When we collected we were greeted with big smiles. When we had the cookie it was so fresh and just what we asked for. Wish I took a photo. Thanks guys will definitely be back. Parking: Plenty of parking in the centre's parking lot. Not to expensive

Great experience. I was feeing particularly down and one of the staff members gave me the laugh that I needed! He also gave me excellent advice on how to get to another section of Nottingham. I think his name was Finn - he had brown floppy hair. Excellent customer service from the young man and I hope his manager sees this!Food: 5/5
I bought some cookies from the Nottingham Victoria centre store on 20/04/24, gone to eat a salted caramel one and there’s a hair hanging out of it. Really disappointed. The staff member that served us didn’t listen to what we asked for and originally got it wrong then tried over charging us. Just an overall bad experienceFood: 1/5
