Amazing service, wonderful people, incredible variety of cookies and delicious too!!

Me and the children love it at the Crawley store! The staff are so accommodating and polite! My orders are always presented to a high standard and always ready in time for collection.

I went to Millie’s Cookies with my mum to Order a Cookie for myself and my Twin brother Adam for our 41st birthday the member of staff we spoke to was very Helpful. And when we went to collect the cookie on Saturday the member of staff showed us the cookie and it was really nicely decorated and was packed in a nice box and bagged up very nicely the cookie tasted fantastic and we all enjoyed it and we will definitely be coming back

The server was so kind and the cookies were delicious, I will definitely make an effort to come back !

Very clean, friendly and polite staff member, definitely lovely cookies.

Having placed several orders via Deliveroo, I will not be ordering from here again. Every single order has items missing, the latest order was for 12 cupcakes and 24 cookies for the team; they forgot to pack the cookies which was over half the total order. It’s all very well and simple obtaining a refund from Deliveroo, but very frustrating and extremely poor service.

Tania was amazingly helpful today and very sweet when serving me!
