I have visited this Costa on several occasions and usually have a good experience. At quiet times, the baristas are polite and get the drinks made quickly. At peak times it (understandably) takes longer to be served, but service is still at a good speed. The furniture seems a bit worn and sometimes sticky, but recently some of it has been replaced and cleaned up, so hopefully this is a good sign for things to come!

Cappachinno was like a latte really milky and only 3mm of froth. Staff need more training. The toilet was dirty and tables needed clearing. We sat at a table for 20 min and didn't see anyone clearing. People were placing their trays on other tables and it was just building up.

I really like Costa. The food: Food here is quite delicious for quick meals. The sandwiches are very good. I had both a cold sandwich and a hot sandwich and both were very tasty. The Staff: Staff were very sweet and helpful. The Coffee: Coffee was better than Starbucks for sure. It was bold in taste and not too acidic. The Tea: The tea here is very fresh and tasty.

The staff are so friendly. This is my lunchtime retreat. Joe is the artistic one who offers me different combinations of my favourite soya flat white ☕
