Disgraceful customer service. Ordered online, even rang to check the stock was there (it was) and now they have claimed the item isnt in stock. Online ordering system didnt work properly either.

Since moving the model rail department (the only department I went for) has been downsized drastically and is no where near as superior to the online stores. If you are going for general kids toys and furniture it's good but if you go like I did for model rail items your wasting your time.

Great selection of soft toys. Everybody that works there is really nice and every member of staff is helpful and if you can't find what you are looking for they will help.

Would sooner turn away a sale of £2,000 than deliver on a Saturday. Was also going to buy a bed the mattress it self was £1,400 without the bed stead for it to go on. Obviously they can afford to turn custom away, and do not want my custom as they cannot return the call.
