Wasted trip. Checked stock on the website for a climbing safety harness, none in store, and staff mentioned they infact do not stock them. Despite being listed on both the manufacturer's website as a seller, and their own. Customer service was attentive atleast

Great staff,very helpful Found great fleece for hubby Brasher zip up. Good quality, well made, didn’t have his size in stock, they rang around but no joy, ordered on line, came two days later, fitted a treat. Thanks girls.
Lovely friendly, helpful staff and great products BUT they didn't remove the electronic tag at the till. I am not local and have set off several supermarket alarms. Its a nuisance as i now have to sort it in Gloucestershire. I have a busy life and could have done without this.
Really patient and helpful finding us the right equipment and shoes. Great information given, cheerful and humorous!! all the time. And even at the till we kept finding things to add on and he was still brilliant. Tidy store and well managed. Unusual to get such good customer service.
I've given it a 3 for the simple reason the sales are hit and miss and I personally find that items in here are generally priced at the high end. However the staff are friendly and helpful every time I've been in. Not a very big store so not a massive selection but still a good range. They also have changing rooms and are happy for you to try things on before buying. Which is always helpful.
I'm really pleased. Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful. Giving me advice on what I was after. She wasn't pushy she gave me plenty of time to consider my purchase. Now I'm home I'm over the moon. A excellent product from .millets today. Thank you Sarah and Claire for all your help. And your cheers
Staff very helpful, showed me the choices on offer and compared each allowing me time to make my choice. Good selection of equipment, had rock pegs but only 2 boxes so I took both, excellent product and good value at £8 for 20. Highly recommended.
