Nicely laid out store in a small footprint. Clean and well stocked, including guitar parts and fittings. Friendly and very helpful staff. Got everything I needed at a decent price. Tried out a nice Tokai 335. They have some nice guitars here. Few fenders included. Definitely worth a trip if you need any music stuff.
Top notch dealer. I have been buying nearly all my strings there for several years, free postage, prompt despatch, competitive pricing. I also once bought a guitar over the phone rather unexpectedly, was able to negotiate an unbeatable price! I don't understand some of the negative reviews. I've always found Craig's knowledgeable, good value and top service. Highly recommended!
Bought and paid for guitar strap but a few days later given a refund with no explanation as to why order cancelled. Did not reply to my email either
I've been using Nige for my guitars, amps and bits for 20 plus years now, unfortunately he sells such good guitars that I haven't needed anything for a good while lol! Sorry Nige An aladins cave of instruments and everything else you may need, definitely worth a visit. Also very competitive for strings etc, keep it local!.
Brilliant luthier service and excellent selection of quality guitars plus accessories.
I bought two guitars there now, plus a great practice amp. Nice chap running the place who knows his stuff. A good range of Fenders at competative prices and a good selection. Recommended.
Bigger than it looks from the outside and lots of gear inside. I could spend a lot of money in here if I had it. It's a bit out of my way, but when I'm in Bodmin, I'll quite often pick up some strings and drool over some of the guitars, etc. Helpful and friendly service. Parking can be a problem, but if you're in town doing some shopping or otherwise, there is a pay and display right next to the shop.
Nice shop with helpful people. Let me practice on my guitar of choice without any interruptions and no pressure to buy. Helped to find a case without any issues. Really nice experience. I’m now the proud owner of a Vintage tobacco sunburst semi acoustic. Only downside is I should have brought another amp while I was there :
Totally unprofessional customer service and seller. Not recommended. I ordered guitar strings 17 June via web site eBay with provided postage royal mail 48. After 6 days and estimated delivery date item still not arrived. But on eBay website they update information about my order dispatched 18 June. I called by phone to Craig's Music Ltd...and they couldn't find my order. They said my order doesn't exist in their system..After opened case on eBay they send something with provided tracking number. Today is 23 June and still nothing... Totally scrap company...They not respect their customer....I never will use again.... Avoid!!!! Zero stars
I ordered a new Telecaster Thinline at lunchtime on Monday and it arrived the following morning, that's 350 odd miles!! Excellent, super fast service, the guitar arrived well packaged and undamaged and played perfectly straight out of the box. Give these guys a try, highly recommended.
