Very happy with Millers Garage-they have worked on both our cars and I have zero complaints. The staff are friendly and helpful, the work needed is always clearly explained, scheduling is never a problem, and they do try to give accurate projected costs where possible (but vehicle repairs aren’t always an exact science and people should just accept that). Very happy to continue using their services. I also felt a number of the bad reviews on here are quite clearly inaccurate or even untrue. Petty people hiding behind their keyboards, trying to damage a company who clearly does a great job for most people. There are some people in this world you just can’t please.

It didn't go smoothly due to a few communication issues and I had some suspicions which turned out to be unfounded and there was a good explanation for everything that happened. Sometimes we all have a bad day and when there's a bit of miscommuntication then things can go astray, I must say that Shaun has contacted me, and bent over backwards to sort things out so he's earned massive respect from me because I can see that he is trying to do things properly, so I've upgradeed my review. He has a genuine desire to do things right, and to put things right when things go a little bit wrong which sometimes happens! I'm impressed by his professionalism and the way he has handled things.

I’ve been taking my car here for over a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are professional and good value. I would definitely recommend!

Been using Millers for my VW Fox for a few years now. They are a friendly and helpful team who offer sensible advice about the best next step for your car. They have gone out of their way to drop off my car at my place of work when picking up my car was logistically a challenge. My car came back from it's recent service running better (and looking cleaner!) than it has for a while. Highly recommended.
