"Jook-Am Taekwon-Do Centre is the Number 1 bespoke Taekwon-Do Centre in Glenrothes. We have classes for all ages and abilities including our SLO TKD class for those with physical limitations. We have a targetted syllabus for each group we teach 4-8 years old, 9-12 years old, 13-17 years old, 18-36 years old, 37 years plus as well as our SLO TKD class. We also hold regular local, national and international seminars, competitions and extensive courses. What ever you want to achieve we will break down the barriers and ensure you surpass your highest expectations.
