Terrible customer service. This is the conversation I had when I first called: Me: 'Good morning, how soon could I get a taxi from Glenview -' Before I had a chance to complete my road name, he interrupted loudly, 'Well that depends where you are!' Me: 'Oh, I was saying that I live at-' Him: 'Ma'am are you even listening? WHAT'S YOUR ADDRESS?' When he finally decided to listen to me, I gave him my address and asked him how long it would be. He was angry and seemed reluctant to tell me, saying that the taxi driver would call me when they arrive. The taxi did arrive promptly so I'll give them credit for that, but the driver honked his horn loudly rather than calling as promised. The car smelt strongly of cigarettes. So that was the first and last time I'll use this company.

Rude!! called to see where my taxi was after being 16 minutes late and get hung up on. Drivers always speeding and on there phones! They never wear a seatbelt - 1 word dangerous!

Shocking, Driver was on his phone the entire fare on facetime, taxi smelt like a packet of your finest jps blue and the erratic driving and speeding made it an all round shambolic disaster. However the refusal to take accountability and even address the issue and get in contact with me is the most disappointing. Dangerous driving, no customer care, no accountability. All in all stay clear of this company.
