Been using choice for my company and my private use . It was always on time and the drivers are good. The price is reasonable as well. I always called or email to make a booking and the staffs are very kind and helpful. I have never used the app so not sure if it’s good but if you have concern better call them then use the app.

Used to use choice all the time until they told me on the app they was at my location and then when I phoned them they were rude on the phone and cancelled my cab. No wonder people use uber!!! More reliable than these bunch of cowboys!!

Not as good as it used to be. DO NOT USE THE APP! It doesn’t have a support team you have to wait for the manager to be in work to sort any problems. Unprofessional staff argue with you when your waiting for a “reliable” taxi to take you some where you need to be. Currently payed for 2 journies I have not had. Frustrating as I’ve used these guys for years.

Driver pickup from Heathrow airport was rude, and never once assisted us with luggages in and out of his vehicle. He even overcharged charged us even though the delay were not our faults. Our 50 dollar fare became 90 pounds. We called them to tell them not to come early as there was a long que at the immigration. Be very careful if you don't want a fare shock! I felt ripped off.
