I don't usually post reviews but in this case had to - DON'T EVER USE THEM - THEY ARE AN AWFUL UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!! The driver needed to ask me the directions - at every road junction - over a 45 minute journey. I was so flustered by the time I arrived that I forgot to ask for a receipt. After calling the company to obtain a copy , they refused to provide me with one. Even after calling back several times they have stated they will not - for no evident reason. I cannot therefore claim this as a company expense and will personally need to incur the £45 fare which I would have otherwise been able to claim as a business expense. To top it all off, the telephone operators are rude and unhelpful and went out of their way to make my life difficult - they even suggested that I had to attend their offices to discuss this - when I pointed out that I live in Derbyshire they told me it wasn't their problem. I have never come across such a bad taxi firm. Don't ever use them!!!!

Booked for Lynx to pick us up for a family wedding nearby - arrived bang on time, very friendly and John gave us his direct number to pick us up when we were ready at the end of the event - again, bang on time, friendly throughout (as was the lady on the phone!). Used a people carrier which was clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend Lynx!!

Don’t bother unless you want to be hours late to wherever you’re going. Miserable, rude phone operator.

Functional, occasionally late but on the whole not bad on that front. Plus the drivers are always friendly. Why the 2 stars? The woman who answers the phone is without fail just rude. Makes you feel like you're really putting her out by keeping the firm she works for in business. Hope she reads this to be honest.
