Some great offers on during the week. Super Special Tuesday, Freebie Thursday etc Food was typical for a pub setting. Atmosphere laid back and nice. Play area outside and softplay for children inside. Seating allows you to be close to these areas or further away if you prefer to be away from children. Located by the canal so beautiful outdoor seating. Nice to pop in whilst walking your dogs on a summers afternoon.
I had a meal with my family and friends the meal was tasty I had the jerk chicken and spare ribs with rice the others had a combination of fish and chips, burger and a curry they all enjoyed their's. Some had puddings which were nice and the prices were very reasonable also the service was very good we were served by a girl for our meals put I didn't get her name she was very attentive and Ollie serve our drinks he was great. We all said we are definitely going there again for another meal
Took 2 friends for lunch our order was fish and chips, scampi and chips,and I had a light bite it's was chicken goujons in a wrap with sweet chill sauce. When it came it was a pancake wrap it was absolutely gorgeous I would definitely have this one a gain, wasn't quite what I was expecting but tried it and loved it, the other ladies enjoyed there's to. very helpful staff, and friendly smiling people.
We visited late on Sunday and most other pubs in Burton close early then. It's designed for family friendly dining rather than a quiet pub for a drink, so we wouldn't have chosen this in the normal course of events. Limited choice for our drinks we like single malt whisky and a selection of real ales. Staff were pleasant
Excellent food, great staff and genuinely a great place to eat.
Myself and my husband attended the Turkey and Tinsel event yesterday. The food was fantastic, the entertainment was fun and the team worked really hard to make it such a great occasion. Definitely will be attending next year. Thank you
Popped in for drinks and pudding.. warm welcome from staff and very attentive. A thanks to the lovely Leah who helped and sorted out our request on the puddings. Will return soon
Used this morning for the children's play area. Very clean inside and my child had lots of fun. Staff were very friendly and they even put on a messy play too. Would recommend to anyone.
Busy little place yet the staff always look after you. Really friendly and welcoming. My granddaughter likes using the soft play whilst we sit and enjoy our coffee. Visited the weekend and although she couldn't use the soft play due to parties Ria and Charlotte made sure that she had colouring and crayons whilst we ate. Thank you and we will be back again soon
Had a lovely experience with friends a couple of weeks ago on Wine Wednesday. Adam and his staff were exceptionally helpful very polite and the food was lovely. Will definitely going back for more wine Wednesday’s but please can you put Pinot Grigio on the offer as the Chardonnay is rank.
