Part of Burton Ale trail this micro pub has very well kept choice of fine ales that constantly change due to this places popularity. Great idea to download Real Ale app to see whats on offer. Although this pub is cosy it has great friendly landlord and is dog friendly
Just love it!!! A great find and we will go back again and again. Superb beer, great staff, cute, small, intimate - love it ! and so handy for the railway station too !
Small pub which took a while to locate as it’s down the side of the railway bridge.
The Weighbridge Inn is a small micropub on Derby Street, Burton; just a few minutes walk from the train station. You might easily miss it Google Maps has the location wrong: It's located at the corner of Derby Street, in a corner! The pub itself is very small indeed, and the decor - if you can call it that - is hardly inviting. However, there are a number of hand-pumped real ales from smaller breweries on offer, and those are fresh and well-kept. Being tiny and a bit shabby, it's not a place to linger for you and your friends.
Fantastic welcome and great customer service and great Beers and the Sunday lunch was fantastic
Went here yesterday for Sunday dinner ...... Absolutely beautiful, the best little pub in Burton
Great beer, lovely little fire. Superb company
4 old coal yard offices converted into a great little traditional pub, currently selling Burton Old Cottage beersthe ownersat £2:50 a pint, also guest beers, lager and cider. The photograph is taken from standing on the old cast iron weighbridge from which the pub takes its name.
Always beautiful food great atmosphere beers good too .
Lovely little pub with warm open fire. Very close to the station and the Travelodge. Selection of ales, ciders and they even do prosecco. Worth a look
