Pleasant atmosphere

I appreciate the fact that there are chairs, but a little more would be convenient. Sometimes it can smell quite unpleasant. Quite a lot of litter and the bus timetables could be refreshed a little more. Overall, the station is satisfactory and can have some more improvements.

Not very easy if you have problems with your legs no lift for disabled people wails not be able to use but helpfully syaff

Lots of little shops, selling everything

Not very nice station but with decent service. You get in through a gritty, dark and dirty car park and bus station.

Helpful and knowledgable staff.

Pulsing with a soft grey light

Since they added Turnstiles - this place has becoming Queuing heaven - it takes ages to get out of the station.  The main entrance has only got two turnstiles in one direction and when people struggle - there is sometimes a guard in the ticket office who also is responsible for selling tickets.  Utter shambles..
