After hearing couple of positive reviews about their samosas, I decided to give it ago. I was left disappointed because It did not live to expectations. I've had better samosas elsewhere. Also I've tried their pakora and I didn't like them, I found them to be very doughy. Overall, expensive and just an average samosas & pakora.
i dont live in Birmingham and only goes to once a month for official visit . i make it a point to have samosa chaat at Milan whenever i am in Birmigham. prices are damn cheap, quality is goodRecommended dishesSamosa
Order from here quite often until today, when I found a hair in the food. Man on the phone hardly seemed to care when I called. Sounds like the hygiene standards are very low in this place. Disgusting. Had to throw away all the food.
I feel glad to review this shop because I am regular customer almost daily of Milan since 2021. Food quality and test are perfect. Service are needs to littel bit improvement. However, one guy who used to always have a smile on face and serve people with smile and speed. For that guy, service area got 4 out of 5 star.Food: 5/5
Worst food I have ever had yuckkkk ,soggy and oily noodles doesn't seems to be hakka noodles no veggis only oil , half of the items were missing as well...I won't recommend this place..
The person in shop refused to take orders. He was very rude and misbehaved with us. We didn't mind waiting but he lacked politeness. We finally went to Suraj restaurant which was amazing. avoid this shop guys, they need to go to school to learn to behave.
Never disappoints- tried pretty much the whole menu and when having parties etc always order a load of samosas and pakoras which go down a treat. Great food
Brought 4 boxes of 35 Pani Puri £4.50 each on 23rd Dec to enjoy on Christmas day. Much to my amaze I should have had 140 Pani Puri and there were 18 Missing. Was very disappointed as we all sat there with a box each and every box had some missing. I called today to inform them of this and an assist apologies and that's it. I explained to her if this was in Tesco or Waitrose I would've gone to consumers rights. But as you're a small business I didn't want to. She said she will tell her boss and it must have happened because we are soooo busy. We have always had delicious vegetarian food everytime we've been. I will still carry on going to Milan Sweet Centre when I'm in the area as I live over an hour away.
Worst samosas in the world . I gave them another chance thinking last time could be accidental. But again I had bitter experience from this sweet shop. I don’t recommend them. I bought some fried samosa and some non-fried . The fried samosas were burnt ;I wish I opened the bag and saw them in the shop. And the non fried samosa pastry was as thin as it was ripping . Bought them to serve for guests but could not as the aalu would be coming out from the wholes .Also aalu filling tasted bland and looked disgusting . I thing they have enough chances and won’t be going back again .
Enyoyable place with great range of vegetarian food. There food is very tasty. They can cook hot samosas fresh and have potato roti.Food: 5/5
