We contacted Premium Car Buying Service to sell our F Type Jaguar, from the off the staff were so helpful and put our mind at ease. They made us an off which I was more than happy with, made an appointment with me to come and visit our car. Kyle and Alan came to my house. Both very well mannered and presentable, at no point did they put me under any pressure. After looking at our car they paid the figure previously agreed. Kyle and Alan where great ambassadors for this company, my overall experience with Premium Car Buying Services was sublime.
Very easy to do business with, fair valuations and really great service when Robert and Sonia appraised and collected the vehicle. Funds paid immediately and 50 minutes from arriving to leaving with the car. Recommend
Dave Jones Contacted Premium Car Sales to sell my 530d Tourer, offered me a good price, arranged for Alan and Luke to collect the car, both very good and very knowledgeable. They work really well. They examine the car a little longer, but they do a completely neutral and decent job. 2 Staff came and they were both very good, they were very kind and polite. Also, the staff named Abdul kept me informed and took care of me tremendously. He was very kind to me and that was the reason why I chose this company. Thank you so much for everything.
The two guys who came to check my car were really first class and honest. They were a pleasure to work with and when it was time for the finance company and myself to be paid it went really smoothly. The price they paid was also very reasonable and saved me going through the misery of selling my car. I would certainly recommend their company to any one wanting to sell a premium motor car.
These are absolutely awful! They quoted 1k less than we buy any car. But they claim to not haggle. I was absolutely super honest, sent loads of photos. Picked out the tiniest of faults. They offered 1k less than webuyanycar. But they claim not to haggle so I decided that'd be easier for us. The bloke I dealt with, Ricardo, was amazing. He commented on how upfront and honest I was. They then arrive. They find a very small scuff in the wheel arch which we missed because it's barely visible!. Then they realise the washer pipes are blocked, a simple job which my husband fixed this morning in less than 10 minutes motor was very clearly still working as you could hear it, I don't think they could have been blocked long as I'd not even noticed, plus the MOT was only a few months ago and they were working then. They then spend 2 hours!!! Inspecting the car. Speak to their boss who says to knock a further £900 off reducing their offer to £23,000. They have their own show room where they sell cars, their own body shop and mechanic. They were already buffing out some very superficial bush scrapes which I'd already declared and photographed. These cars sell for £30,000 - £40,000 on autotrader at the same spec, age and miles. Way more than their initial £23,900 offer, even with the work they were set to make a killing. They say it'll take 6 weeks to fix!! Yeah right!! I am beyond furious. They wasted 2 hours of our time. 6 hours time of the decent blokes who came Then tried to knock us down more with extensive haggling. They are complete crooks. My husbands time is worth hundreds of pounds an hour, will they compensate him for that!!?? I highly doubt it! We sent them on their way and contacted we buy any car, told them about all the damage. which is no more than you'd expect for a 5 year old car and they still offered more. We get there and they reduce their offer to £23,700. Still £700 more than this company! We then stick it on Carwow. Again list absolutely everything. They placed it in Fridays auction with a £24,997 reserve and we had numerous bids from Volvo main dealers. The highest one being £25,150. A whole £2,150 MORE than premium car buyers offer. Update on this: Carwow garage arrived, looked it over and didn't haggle and off it went for the agreed price. I asked Carwow what other offers I received. I received 1 of 23k, 2 were above £24,700 and the other 2 above £25,000 so still significantly more! Lovely blokes who came. But the boss who makes all the decisions is a total crook who's out to screw you over. I'd honestly not believe a word the sales guys you speak to say, because it's very clear they have absolutely zero say and they will tell you one thing for the boss to say another. So, I will now review absolutely everywhere and cost these guys far more than the £900 they haggled over
Terrible service with Kyle. You're offered a fair price to get in front of your car then reduced to peanuts when there. They offered to return my in-car camera but then decided to keep it for themselves. Far better companies out there and I strongly suggest using them.
My partner & I bequeathed a rather lovely top spec Land Rover Discovery 4 last year, which had been in the family from new and well looked after. Unfortunately we couldn't afford the running costs, and needed a more economical runaround, so reluctantly decided to sell it. We didn't want the headache of private sellers mucking us around, so opted for the trade route. There are so many large online companies giving wildly varying quotes, with very mixed reviews, so my instinct was to go for an independent trader offering a more personal service. From the moment I contacted Premium Car Buying Service, I knew I was in good hands. I received a courtesy call within 24 hours from Abdul, who was extremely helpful & professional. From that point on, Abdul was my main point of contact, and guided me through each step of the process. He requested photos of the vehicle, ensuring any imperfections were highlighted to achieve a realistic price with no nasty surprises upon inspection. They quoted top dollar blew others out the water and I wanted a quick sale, so an appointment was made to inspect the car within a couple of days. Abdul explained the importance of moving quickly in any case, as the market price can fluctuate so can't be guaranteed after 7 days it can go up as well as down. Robert 'Bertie' came to our house to inspect the car. He called en route to confirm his ETA, and arrived bang on time. After a thorough check and quick test drive he called the office with his findings. There were a couple of minor things I'd missed which Robert was totally transparent about, so these had to be taken into account in the final quote just £200 off £20K, which was more than fair. With the price agreed, Robert's lovely partner Sonia assisted with the document transfer. Between them they had everything sorted within 10 mins all done electronically these days, and the funds were in our account immediately. It all seemed a bit 'too' easy, so I felt the need to double-check everything, but that's testament to their professionalism & industry experience. The entire transaction from start to finish was streamlined & hassle free. Lovely, honest people too. I highly recommend Premium Car Buying Service above the plethora of others flooding the market. The price & service is second to none. Bravo guys, and thank you.
I was promised £15,250 on the phone. I stressed to not come down to my address unless you were willing to pay this amount. They turned up and offered me 3k less. They prey on vulnerable people desperate to sell their car and tried to convince me this was the best price I’d receive. I sold it minutes later to webuyanycar for over 15k. Seriously if you want to sell your car hassle free go to webuyanycar, this company is a joke. The representative they sent was really friendly though and this isn’t his fault. STAY AWAY
I contacted Premium to see if they could help in buying my CT200 Lexus. Initially contacted by Connor who set everything up for me and asked loadsa questions regarding the car. A great pre-qualifying call. Set up the viewing which was no trouble at all. Sanjay and Craig came round a did a very thorough inspection of the car and it’s documentation. All appeared in good order to them and the back-room staff. Offer made, a little haggling of course and a cash figure agreed and paid into my account within 5 minutes. Totally stress free and a great couple of lads to work with. I think my greatest comment to you guys is that I would use you again and that I would highly recommend your service to others.
