Today 29/09/22 I rang but nobody picked up the phone for nearly one hour. My son was referred to them for braces and seen by a rude lady dentist and put us in queue for nearly two years then I didn’t listen anything from them and rang and asked about update and they said we sent back referrals to NHS but they did not inform us . Don’t waste your time here. Their 5 star reviews are fake as the reviewers have only one reviews in total .

First rate dental practice, the reception staff are kind, efficient and helpful. I have had a range of work carried out including multiple extractions cosmetic dentistry and routine check-ups, all were carried out to the highest standard and completely painless. Dr Audrija is one of the finest dentists I have ever used. Kind Regards, H.

Was seen by Dr Hassan and Mia. Both of them were patient, gentle and kind. This Dentist took great interest and care of and for my gum and teeth. I thank him for is concern and advise he has given. For all the visits l had the experience has been a lovely one despite my fears of going to the Dentist because my teeth are so sensitive. My gum and teeth are in a better condition than when I first saw him. Thank the Lord Jesus for Dr Hassan Adi and team, they are lovely.

Great dentists however the overall service is below satisfactory: long wait times of 30 minutes + and a phone line that always cuts off so it is near impossible to get through to reception. There have also been several instances where I have travelled to the clinic only to get my appointment cancelled at the last minute! The managers are unreachable so not really sure if any feedback gets relayed to them but from how the standards have dropped over the past few years, I don't believe so. Due to all of the above, I have left the clinic and found another one with much better customer service.

My mum was seen by Dr Nisar. A very good dentist who explained everything to mum/me. Unfortunately, the temporal filling came off and had to go back but he did not charge. Very reasonable doctor, rare to find

Very disappointing.I had an emergency appointment however I didn’t get relieved, the dentist felt robotic despite me trying to explain my pain , he only did a lower X-ray and didn’t consider the fact that dental pain can be referred because when I went to another hospital for help I did both upper and lower jaw X-ray which showed an upper affected tooth. I was truly disappointed because I was in agony for 2 weeks despite visiting here

Personally I have never been a fan of dentist but when you come across a great dental practice with quality experience dentists you tend to book an appointment without any concerns. I had to be seen as a private patient and who was in severe pain from a badly infected and damage tooth. My tooth extraction was a very difficult and time consuming surgical extraction and no the ordinary run of the mill pull out. The dentist Dr Nisar was fantastic and a very true professional putting me at ease. The procedure took a while but seemed so quick because beforehand he had informed me of everything what to expect good or bad and was very honest without putting any pressures on me regarding costs etc. He informed me of all options and choices. Not all dentist are honest like Dr Nisar, his assistant and receptionist staff were so very smiley  and friendly. I will be definitely taking out a dental treatment plan with the practice from knowing that any future dental treatments will avoid me putting off visits and leaving bad tooth and pain issues now that I've found a great dental practice I Got It Done Thank you Dr Nisar, Assistants and Staff

Excellent care provided by Dr. Nisar and Mia. Explains everything in detail and in an appropriate an understandable manner and offers several options. Very conscientious and personable. Mia puts you immediately at ease as she greets you. A highly recommended team.

I received a cavity-filling treatment on 23/08/2022, Ruksana said I would feel better in 3 days. However, after 2 weeks I still felt sensitive on my 7th tooth, hence I booked another appointment with her. she did nothing and just showed me the x-ray photograph from the first inspection and she said nothing was wrong! I trust her, and the nightmare comes, I cannot fall asleep for the next month because I have got pulpitis and then I still book an appointment with her, and she said she will refer me to a specialist to solve my problem. and? she didn't give me any message for a week!!! what a terrible dentist she is! I don’t know the details of the dental practice. But the Rusakana, if any patient wants to keep your tooth, please avoid her.

My dental surgeon was a lovely lady, as was the dental nurse. I was treated as equal right from the start. I came in with a broken denture, she took impressions for a new 1 whilst I was there, she also sent the broken 1 to be repaired as a good well gesture to hopefully get me through the Christmas period. I now have 2 working plates. Thank you MSC Selly Oak for an A1 service.
