Wonderful, truly. Attentive, informed service from all involved. The first thing I did subsequent to my most recent visit was to insist that my partner change from her own, current practice to the good people at Richmond House Dental Practice. In all my many, many years in many a dentist's chair, never have I felt so much at ease, nor in such capable hands.

I have been to see Dr Grzegorz Jaczewski a couple of times since moving dentists, the practice is lovely and clean and very upto date since having a refirbishment. Greg is very professional, he is very througher and informative, he explains everything to you and takes his time during your appointment. He is very gently and makes you feel comfortable, I would definitely recommend him after the work I have had done which I am very pleased with. I had to have a lot of work done on my one appointment and his dental nurse Eve was lovely and welcoming, she made me feel relaxed throughout the whole appointment by making conversation to distract me whilst remaining professional throughout. I will  definitely continue to use them.

The worst dental practice I have ever had the misfortune to step into due to the fact the staff are not child-friendly & their customer service leaves alot to be desired.

I visited the practice for the first time recently and found that while the practice has been in Stourbridge for some time, there are 2 new dentists now and they have started to refurbish the whole practice.  It is looking beautuful and not at all what you would expect a dental practice to look like!  It felt fresh and modern and I felt very welcome.  
I saw Dr Greg for a checkup and I thought he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but what stuck for me was how gentle he was when looking at my teeth and while doing a clean which I needed.  I am very, very happy to have found this dentist and will recommend him to all my friends and family. I'll definitely be back for my next checkup in 6 months!!
