The dentist here has been courteous, helpful and effective, however, I will not be coming back here due entirely to the very rude, callous and unprofessional reception staff. Aside from making snide comments on the phone - "if you were really in pain" - they are ignorant in person when they are chatting amongst themselves, and I have observed them talking about patients in front of other, waiting patients, thus breaking data protection laws as well as the code of common decency.

NEVER EVER GO HERE IT WILL BE THE WORST THING YOU EVER DO!! I myself had a terrible experience and have spoken to 3 different families that have had the same problems I’m disgusted. They told me I needed 4 fillings now I haven’t ever had any work done and go to dentists regular I only came here because of a house move and my regular dentist was in Harborne I get a check every 6 months all my life then I need 4 fillings? Anyway I allowed the work to be done PAID for it! And I was in pain all the time the filling was messy all on my other teeth I had to go back to my dentist in Harborne and she fixed it for me thank the lord! Had to take the fillings out and re do them! I’m so disgusted and will never go anywhere else again I’d rather travel further out!!!

A good dentist I have used this dentist for years -I don't go too often but when I do I have never had any problems with anything they have ever done with my teeth .A fantastic friendly dental practice

rude receptionists who have no interest in helping you. caused numerous issues when attempting to book my appointment at Q.E hosp to get my wisdom teeth out.

Experienced severe tooth pain and visited 'PJ' who merely said there was no issue with my teeth. Visited again after a week as the pain was getting considerably worse. I found him to be dismissive and unhelpful. Went to get a second opinion from another dentist who identified and resolved the issue immediately. I would not recommend this practice or this particular dentist.
