A large selection of motorbikes a lil for everybody's taste most of the bikes I looked at were sub 7,000 miles found a few that had only covered 5,400miles and the prices are very very reasonable in my eyes there bikes you get bang for your buck, they do hjc lids, alpine star jackets, riding jackets to suites, cleaning and maintenance products, they service, do repair work, there staff are very friendly not pushy in anyway they will approach you to ask if they can help you but there polite and great mannered was a very pleasant visit
The guys at MSC have always been incredibly helpful, they helped me with a warranty claim as an Aprilia main dealer so well that I part ex'd the bike for a brand new Tuono V4 - they've always been fantastic and appear very helpful whenever you pop in - will it buy Aprilia from anywhere else.
Absolutely disgraceful service fromnMSC, on the 28th November 2023 i bought a brand new Moto Guzzi V100S for £14700 and the additional panniers for £850, a total of £15550.00 at the time of dealing with the 2 salespersons it was pleasant, the issues started when they delivered the bike. Delivery was arranged for the 8th December 2023 following pdi, they called and asked if they could drop it off earlier this being 5th December 2023, this was agreed and they turned up at 6:45pm in the hours of darkness so I could not inspect the bike throughly, within 10 mins they had left and when I was able to get the motor bike in the garage under light I could see marks/damage, the main frame had 2 big scratches through the paint finish, the engine mounting bolts looked tampered with because the paint alignment marks were now not aligned, I looked further and I was horrified with what I noticed next, the engine had extensive corrosion and the paint was flaking off, the radiator bolts were loose and one fell out, all this on a brand new motor bike with only 1 mile on the clock.nnI immediately sent an email within 10 minutes to MSC showing all the issues and rejecting the motorbike. The following day one of the directors called myself and agreed it was not acceptable he also stated it arrived like that with themselves from moto guzzi this was alarming because they should not have sent the bike out like this and the pdi could not have been done correctly because these issues would have been noted and I’m sure the radiator bolts should not be loose and fall out.nnThey could not get a bike till nxt year and tbh I didn’t want to buy another from the dealer because the way the bike was delivered knowing full well the damage and corrosion so how can you trust a dealer whom operates like this, they sent the bike out in such a poor state and it did not reflect a brand new motor bike so I asked for my money back, this I had to ask repeatedly, I was informed by the other director ‘it’s only minor cosmetics we can fix it under warranty’ the bike was brand new and under the consumer rights act 2015, goods you supply should be of satisfactory quality, this bike was not of satisfactory quality, she refused to repay all my monies and only offered a partial refund, nxt step is small claims.
A bit pricey for labour per hour. As they are the only specialist in the area there is not much of a choice for comparison. Provides a good service but can take longer than expected sometimes.
Love this place, friendly staff and good selection of scooters and stock. Always up to date on new items available. UPDATE 27/4/24. Me and buy went in to look at new Mp3's week or 2 back and ended buying 2. Week later on rd. Great turnaround 1st class
