Needed help with connecting phone, MP3 and some other stuff to my Kuga. Everything had disconnected and I was having a lot of trouble getting things re-connected. A youngISH chap came out to see if he could help. It made me feel better that he was having difficulties too. Maybe I wasn't just an incompetent old bloke? But he persevered and managed to get some stuff at least partly sorted. He declared that the system would need a complete reset and that the car should be booked in for that to be done. Fortunately I already had a booking for a completely unrelated Recall. So they added this new work onto that booking, in around 3 weeks.nSo I went on my way with some improvements and the hope that everything will get completely sorted fairly soon.nEveryone I dealt with were very pleasant and did their best to be helpful.

Having done a bit of research we arrived at Sandicliffe, Stapleford, with an option list in hand. Tim took us through each car and discussed them thoroughly. We made our choice and Tim went through all the paperwork for both our exchange car and the new one. It was really easy and relaxed, Tim had a friendly, professional approch. There was no pressure at any stage. We agreed an exchange day and collected the car yesterday. Tim came out with us and went through the car functions and details which really helped. The whole experience was excellent, Tim was brilliant making the whole process a pleasure. We would definitely recommend Sandicliffe, Stapleford. Thank you Tim!
