Had my car m.o.t'd with Sandicliffe Stapleford this month. Polite desk staff and mechanics, with a quick turn-around time and complementary drink. Good value for money.

Not at all impressed with my experience at Sandicliffe. Usually pretty good but I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer today. I know having your car serviced is not meant to be that exciting, but I would expect it to be pleasant. Booked in several weeks ago for a major service with a promise it would take "2-3 hours". When I arrived I was told it would be 7 hours! My receptionist said he would "see if he could rush it through" but that didn't happen, and it still wasn't quite ready when I went to collect it when 7 hours were up. I would describe my experience as unfriendly and unwelcoming. Please sort out your customer service Sandicliffe - it's what used to bring me to you and after today I might just go elsewhere.

Ford Transit Service Centre Stapleford Nottingham. I just wanted to express how extremely pleased I am with the service I have received for my ford Transits that have been serviced since my first purchase from Sandicliffe back in 2002. Michael the transit Service Manager has always gone out his way to make sure my vehicles are right and I am happy, that is why even though one of my vehicles is now 12 years old I wouldn't go any where else for servicing/diagnostics and MOT. The whole team know transits inside out.Extremely Pleased 5 Stars All The Way.

Superb service, a hiccup with the financing but all sorted out quickly and efficiently once identified, excellent part exchange setup and good value given on my part exchange car too! James B went above and beyond to facilitate the deal. Thanks to all involved. Thanks for the coffees too.
