Paul, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. He’s the main reason I continue to use this garage for all my repairs and MOTs. He is consistently knowledgeable and always willing to help. Most importantly, I trust him to provide honest advice, explaining everything clearly and concisely. I can count on him to only recommend work that is truly necessary—something I haven’t always experienced at other places.
Went in today concerned about a weird sound that had started far from home and still so far from the ferry port! Everyone working there was so extremely helpful and friendly and sorted the issue out really quickly and didn’t even charge us. What a lovely bunch of people! Thank you again. Strong recommend!!

Amazing service from Paul and the team at Kwik Fit. Very friendly and welcoming. Took my car in for a puncture repair and recieved some of the best customer service I've had in a long time! Thank you Kwik Fit! Highly recommend!
Was supposed to have a tyre replaced on Sunday but their machinery was down. Paul the manager was really apologetic and helpful, gave me the number for kwikfit mobile to try but he got me back on the road once they were up and running today. Really good communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
