Absolutely terrible kebab and customer service. My boyfriend and I ordered kebabs, waited over an hour, which was fine, but to then receive a completely saturated kebab was unacceptable. We politely complained and the guy we spoke to informed us we would receive a fresh kebab, but we would have to wait a further 30 mins. Our delivery man couldn't find us the second time around, and then when he did finally reach us, he had the audacity to request a further delivery charge! Of course we refused this and requested a refund - our reasonable request was rudely declined. The guy we spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed and we most certainly will never return.
In my time in Preston i have to say so far this place serves the best chicken kebab i know, the mix chicken and nan is also great. you get a lot for your money and the service is superb. in comparison to other companies around Micks's currypot is above average. Although i havent tried anything else, i recommend the the chicken kebab
Just had the worst chicken tikka I've ever eaten. It arrived with only a few pieces of chicken in what looked like orange soup. Our attempt to complain was completely dismissed, customer service was non existent. Would not recommend.
Had a few takeaways from here, curries, pizza's, burgers and kebabs all have always been really tasty, hot, good size portions and delivered as stated depending how busy they are.
Ordered 3 kebabs all different got home with them, two where the same phoned up and took them back after telling him what I wanted 4 times finally got the right one.Used to be the best but will never use again total waste of money !!!!
They genuinely are the best curry house in Preston!!! Never tried the pizza's or kebabs but the curries are amazing!!
Bought a lamb biriyani from there a few times when I was a uclan student. I recommended it.
Wicked kebabs and curry. Would definitely recommend the madras.
