Service was great. Nice geezer and listened to our requests. However the food is another story. Ordered a Donner and Chips Meal. Donner was microwave burned. Dry and definitely not fresh. The chips saved the meal but there was like 90% Donner to Chips Ratio!  Expected more Chips but we move on. Don't understand why I got a naan bread with it too?  Would I go again? Only if I was desperate and this was the only place around. Premium prices for sub par food.  Would not recommend.

It's very handy to UCLan library, my lunch, chicken wrap was freshly prepped in front of me and it was lovely. Chips were straight out of the fryer, so crunchy and hot! Very pleasant staff. Coffee machine is £1 and it was OK but, honestly, I'm particular when it comes to coffee.

My food arrived late last night but Manzel Kebab house is very popular therefore very busy and when my food arrived the delivery guy couldnt of been anymore apologetic, bless him and the food was hot. I enjoyed my meal thanks guys

Absolutely terrible.  Food was 40 minutes late.  When it eventually arrived it was cold and some of it was inedible.  No apologies.  I definitely won't be buying from here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We ordered some for delivery. The food was late and when we called the store they said it's on the way and the store is just few 6 minutes walk from delivery address. After we waited for about 20 minutes after the call, we called several times but they didn't pick up afterwards. The food came very late and the biryani was just spicy with not much flavour and didn't have much lamb on it. The kebab was so-so. They could have handle this situation much better than this. Not recommending this place unless they make changes

Ordered 3 Pizzas and threw 2 away after one slice of each. The cheese was either old or the cheapest available. It is the first time I have ever had an upside down peperoni pizza. Dough with a tomato base then peperoni and finally the whole lot covered in cheap cheese. I don't know if they were trying to hide the state of the Pepperoni but it was awful. The Fungi pizza was no better. The grandson had the other pizza concoction but he has a bullet proof constitution and would eat anything. Would we use them again....No and I would advise others to avoid.

Messed up my order and had me wait till 3:30am for a refund kept telling me it would be here in 5-10 minutes. Did not come very disappointed if its under new management then it has gone down hill, if its the same management I'm not sure what has happened

Decent place. The garlic bread I had didn't taste the best it tasted burnt and they could work on the cleanliness a bit. When I come here I usually just keep it simple with chips and peri peri chicken. The food is a very good price. Sometimes you get friendly staff, sometimes you don't but they're one of the few takeaways that open late that are close to uni so Manzil has definitely come in handy when I've spent late hours at the library.

Came in here from my lunch break and was the worst experience I had ever had at a takeaway firstly waited 10 mins just be served and the man was very rude very pricey for the donner pizza I had ordered and then had to waited 30 mins for my food I had saw him put the pizza in so late after I ordered and had cooked it so fast that is came out very burnt the pizza was disgusting the donner was burnt and the pizza had a horrible taste biggest waste of money wouldn’t recommend to come here unless u are wanting to die of food poisoning

This has got to be the worst takeaway in Preston, so tonight i ordered 2 kebabs from this place not hard to do both with salad and chilli sauce,  came within 20 minutes, not bad, but in sayin that i live 1 mile away. When we got the delivery it was cold the meat looked like something you would find up a back alley some were dead,  really not good, so we phoned them up, and guess what, new food came from the same back alley, dont bother not good
