These guys are fantastic. Second pair of R M William boots repaired by them - they really did an incredible job, I was very impressed it actually made my day. I thought I’d have to throw out these sued numbers, but the guys bought them back to life like new! Highly recommend, they’re worth it.
Simply the best shoe repair in London! Longer review below. I walked into their lovely shop, greeted by their friendly staff. The pleasant owner introduced me to this special rubber sole, specifically imported from Belgium. where there is no branding on it which I personally wanted and as you can see from the photos, the craftsmanship was second to none. I have had a lot of rubber shoes done in my time and I can genuinely say that no one other shoe repair shop in the UK is as good as this one. I would 100% recommend this store for their quality craftsmanship, friendly staff and such swiftness. I cannot describe the craftsmanship that they are able to achieve and I for one am extremely happy with my boots.
I am seriously impressed by their job. My precious expensive shoes are like new again. Perfect service and worth the money. Definitely the best shoe repair in London and I’ve tried so many!! The heels of my ankle boots were destroyed and they now look amazing again. I hope this place will be here forever!
My experience in this shop was shop was very well come with laughter when I started to explain my reason why I visit his shop, this manager he is such a good heart we speak a bout stupid things but constructive so he give me the yes to take these pictures so I would say to people if you are walking around and,your shoes heals drop off I recommend you can visit and fix it in this clean lovely shop if you wanted a new leather belt special shoes this you shop is not new good repair since 1934 so you can trust them with Google maps recommendation thank you for fallowing always Google maps Euphemia Christie
The worse work ever, staff are very rude, charged me 25 pounds in advance just for changing the inside insoles and when I got it, it looked really bad.and they asked me to pay again and when I said I paid in advance he said oh nothing written on the receipt. He didn't believe me. I left really upset. If I did it at home it would be better. And when I tried to explain to him that it is not good quality he replied this is the best we can do for 25 pounds. Very annoying, if the this is the best why you are claiming that you are professional shoe repair?????? Never go there.
"This isn't M&S, we don't accept returns, how would we make any money if people bought shoes and came back to return" I bought some shoelaces and was told by the staff member that I could come back for a return or refund if they weren't of the right colour. I got a refund for another pair of laces a few years back so assumed this was still the policy I then proceeded to come back as per instructed and was greeted by a rude man who said "we don't accept refunds, how would we make any money". How about with better customer service and not by barking at them. And perhaps you could put up a sign by the door "enter at your own risk".
A truly superb job. My faithful and much abused Church's Darwin loafers needed a full resole and reheel job, and as I work around the corner I figured I'd give them a go. Only a little bit more expensive than having the job done at Timpson's, say, but well worth the extra. Damn fine work and materials. They also stock Saphir shoe cream & polish - tricky to find in my bailliwick.
They charged more expensive than any other shops in central London, but they tried 3times to duplicate my keys then failed 3times, I was going around from their shop to home for so many times cause I could not use any of keys they gave me to open the door, no one fits. Its so wasting time. In the end they refuned half money. Then i went to the other shop just opposite side the street, where managed to duplicate my key just one time, and only charged 7pound, which is cheaper than here and works well! This is why never should trust the low score shops on Google
Fabulous service, great attention to detail, even finding replacement leather for repairing a vintage handbag. They are supremely honest too, advising me it was a waste of money to attempt to restore an old briefcase. They've also sold me really good quality shoes for my son. I travel right across London to this shop - best ever!
Great service! Very impressive knowledge of luxury shoes. Had my favourite pair of Churchs’ loafers resoled and polished on the same day . They literally came back to life! True craftsmanship and attention to detail. All in the heart of london. Best quality- highly recommend.
