I will never step foot n here reasons just witness a robbery with to staff members done sod all as I nearly got knocked over. Absolutely pathetic. This needs shutting down
I often go to this Tesco to buy tobaccoand sweets, all my teeth are sweet. And i’m 33. I have wrinkles which show people I am 33. However, often, the cashiers ask for my ID as it happened today. Went back got my id and then the cashier held the tobacco in his hand waiting for the payment to go through as though I would steal it. Then again, you always have these little men trying to act like the police whenever they have the chance, misuse and abuse the little power they have.Another thing that happens whenever I go in, the security guards are after me. I look dubious though, I look clean and civilised and say please and thank you stopped doing this lately, what’s the point?. That’s why they always follow me through the store looking at my bum. However, when you have the usual Glaswegian junkie/drunkard come in, you know the type, loud and swinging his arms, the cashiers don’t say a peep and the security guard disappears. Or when you have the other type, you know which one I mean, the one that calls you ‘darling’ while looking at your chest and always comes too close in your personal space, and always has this lecherous smile on his face, the security guard also disappears. I would like to congratulate Tesco for doing an outstanding job at making women such as myself feel horrible, and like they’re criminals. The usual Glaswegian junkie/drunkards and the other types clearly need to be kept safe from the likes of me.
This has to be one of the worst run Tesco's n town. Shelves empty, cannot buy a full shop.have to ask for someone to man a till, if u wanna pay with cash. Two self service tills, and if Ur buyin alcohol again u have to wait. I hate this shop, and only use it as a last resort. Hope they shut this place down. So someone who cares about the customer experience can buy it
Rude customer service, even when showed digital proof for buying lemsip. Still didn't give the product. Sales assistant lady is asking for original passport..Who roam around carrying original passport?
Staff doesn't wear face masks and let people without facemasks in the store. You should be changed for endangering the lives of your customers. We're not even allowed to visit family members in their house at a distance, then why doesn't anyone do anything against a crowded store without facemasks and distancing?!
Better than still the rest. Sign myself up to the club card again once I found out about the amazing card holder discounts. Well played Tesco, you got me to her a club card again, just when I thought I would m was done with cards! Ps, it's an app now
The shop assistant, called AGNES was shockingly rude this morning with me and all of the customers. Do not go here any more. She educated me about handling the self counter and was extreme rude without reason. It was a really bad experience.
The workers are so rasict here and they dont serve well to customers specially the scottish girl that works on the counter
Worst experience Disrespectful staff and security
Expensive but good staff and convenient if in area. By good staff I mean amazing, best customer service I have received in Tesco. Go to this over Trongate if you are in Merchant City.
