Thank you so much Mercer Furniture, my order 2023010404833090243576 was scheduled to arrive between Monday 9th January & Wednesday 11th January. I emailed on Wednesday evening 4th January saying that I have laryngeal cancer and have hospital appointments on the 9th & 11th January. My order came the next day 5th January. Just had a bed delivered arrived within time frame.i'm a salesman myself and appreciate being allowed to view before you buy. Good advice and answers to any questions I had by the gentlemen - sorry I didn't get his name.friendly delivery lads all in all a quality service I can fully recommend

What great customer service! I phoned through my order on Wednesday, and spoke to a very helpful lady. I am thrilled to say my order has just been delivered just 2 days. Who needs to use Amazon when you can speak to someone AND get quick delivery?

Over the years we have purchased several items from Mercers Furniture Ltd, and have always be pleased with the items. The service is excellent, the quality of the product is very good, and prices are keen and competitive, I have no hesitation recommending this company what so ever.
I have bought several items from Mercers - delivery has always been very quick 1 or 2 days after the order being placed. Even when this didn't happen as one of the items went out of stock, I had 3 people contact me from their customer services team to communicate this to me. This just gave me some more time to build the other items at a leisurely pace ;-. Would highly recommend.
Very bad quality and bad customer service. I Purchased full bedroom suite from this company. Furniture items purchased were very poor quality with twisted and split panels Contacted customer service who simply offered 15 pounds compensation off an order that cost me over 700 pounds, other option offered was to disassemble and send back flat pack which was not an option as it was screwed and bonded after explaining that the item could not be disassembled they simply dismissed me saying that was my only option
Bought two pieces of corona furniture for my living room. Large sideboard and nest of tables can't complain one but about them. Delivery was in two days Great people to speak with kn the phone when I placed the order. Thanks you very much
Purchased a set of chairs and tables. One of the chairs broke as the wood has split, with just over a year of use. As they only offer a 1 year warranty, they cannot assist, nor do they even sell replacement parts. Edit: The owner below now states that no additional warranty was purchased. This is true, as they did not offer an additional warranty. I can't buy something that they don't offer. A terrible defense to try and hide behind when your products can barely last a year.
