Excellent customer service, professional at Very competitive prices.. I’ve used Mertech countless times over the years since being recommended by a family member, they will always contact you before carrying out any work that hasn’t already been discussed and have saved me £££’s.. for instance I took my Audi S3 to a specialist in York to be told they couldn’t fix my intermittent gasket problem, I live in Hull so decided to try Mertech who gave me a courtesy car whilst my car was being fixed, a year later and I’ve never had another problem!! Would definitely recommend to anyone, including people with modified vehicles (as mine is stage 2 with uprated parts).

This year my merc has been in and out of garage due to a few issues, every time I've had brilliant service from these people. Always polite and very helpful and professional. I would recommend this garage to everyone and I'm pleased to do so. Once again I would like to thank everyone involved.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced car initially in for a service arranged collection no one came to collect ended up taking car to them collected courtesy car which had no fuel in it. Collected my car engine management came on within 1/4 mile of leaving garage took car back had car from 1230 on Tuesday till I finally got car back 1330 on Saturday no courtesy car. Was promised to be contacted on several occasions even told by reception I was going to be her first contact next day never rang every contact was made by myself I used this garage because of the reviews as recently moved to hull and don't know the area but will never use again..

Took my BMW520D for a wet carpet that I got in my driver rear side and the guys managed to find the fault and fix it within 2hrs I was amazed cos this was bugging me for weeks. Very honest and genuine guys. Will use them again for defo and recommend to anyone.
