5 star service from start to finish. I orginally visited the showroom to view the shutters and booked an appointment for a quote. James talked through the types of shutters available, different opening/closing options and what would suit my windows I had a lot of questions!. The order process was straight forward and my installation date was booked in. Matt & Lewis arrived with my new shutters, they were on time, clean and generally made the whole process so easy. I had shutters fitted to 2 large bay windows and 1 small window. I'm so happy with the shutters, the price and the service received from Medway Blinds & Curtains. I'm so glad I decided to use a local company rather than one of the other 'well known' bigger shutters fitters. I would highly recommend James and his team for any work you are considering.
Matt came today and fitted a new curtain track. He was friendly and finished the job professionally. He even waited for me to get my washed and dry curtains in from the line and put them up for us. From Tonys quote to the fitting by Matt we are very happy Medway Blinds. Thank you.
We had new vinyl shutters fitted to all the windows at the front of our house and we’re extremely happy with the service we received. From the initial phone call, measuring up and the fitting. Everyone was very helpful and polite and Matt workmanship was first class. The whole process was quick and stress free. Thank you.
What can I say, absolutely love the shutters and blinds. We had four window fitted with shutters and a kitchen window and patio doors fitted with blinds. The whole process from quotation through ordering and fitting was hassle free. Matt did a fantastic job, even getting over a couple of issues with telephone and broadband boxes. They look great and we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend.
Good quality blinds and curtains at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company. I had two rooms done in my bungalow supplied and fitted hassle free. Staff seem friendly, helpful and polite when I had contact with them. Ordered my blinds end of November and were fitted in January without any issues
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Felt safe viewing blinds during the pandemic and the fitter came to measure up. The whole fitting process was excellent, friendly and efficient. A great local business that needs support during these difficult times.
very happy with the service.from the initial phone call requesting an estimate to the installation of the blinds.the only inconvenience was having to order my own keylite blind to complete the order for the entire house as the dont do keylite only velux a little resistant to paying the entire fee before the installation took place but my worrys were unfounded . i would certainly recommend to others
Giving 1 star as I can't give none and write a review. This company came back numerous times to fit my blinds as they couldn't get it right the first time. They were measured wrong to begin with. Just taken them down to decorate and seen the abortion the installer made of the wall!! Even used the existing fittings from the old blinds which are tatty. It's seems funny that the only 2 reviews are from theirselves and the lady who answers the phone!! Avoid at all costs. They also promised a partial refund once works were complete and I hear nothing as expected!!

Blinds ordered and fitted within 10 days, 10 blinds altogether. Efficient fitter installed all blinds within 2 hours. Will certainly recommend to anyone. Ron Goodwin
