Over charged for items. When returning to check out the girl told me to wait. 15 minutes later I was still waiting whilst she continued to serve other customers, who were continually joining the queue.nWhen I asked what was happening she was told me I should have joined the queue!! even though she told me to wait.nI was then sent to take photos to prove I was not lying. An older chap was helpful, and got a supervisor. What an absolute waster of time she was. Basic maths missing, and unable to comprehend I was charged twice for a 2 for £3 item. Being loud and bossy seems to constitute promotion credentials in this store. Promote the older chap he was polite , helpful and knew what he was doing. I was nearly at my time limit in the car park due to this. Will not be returning.
Good place for lot of things whether for kids, having a quick ready bite, or organising a kitchen or a desk.
Love this shop. It's got loads of different stuff from food stuff to gardening and travel, things for pets. So no need to go from shop to shop to get a load of things in each one. I always forget to take photos though, because of course I'm busy shopping.
Visited B&M Chatham for home items and decorations. While the selection was decent, the overall experience was underwhelming. Items were not well organized, and the store felt cluttered. Staff were not readily available for assistance. Average experience, but room for improvement in terms of organization and customer service.
Very good shop nearly everything you would want. Great prices as well
