Just came back from this store in Chatham. I bought 8 box of Cadburys chocolates at this store. Paid and went out to home bargain store they had better chocolates for the same value. So I bought these at home Bargains store. I went back to the BM to return the cadburys boxes within less than half an hour. The manager refused to take them back as they dont take returns of food items. I can understand the policy for fresh food or frozen, but these are chocolate boxes in their packaging I had the receipts as well. But I was turned down and I left very disappointed. Will never shop here again plus the items are pricier than home Bargains. I went back to Home Bargains and returned the items I bought there they happily gave me a full return. Im so dispoointed with the service of this store and the manager was so ride and unprofessional.
A store that sells nearly everything.nA copious amount of items, that everyone needs.nnThe Carpark definitely needs the car parking spaces, repainted.nThe B&M sign on the store needs a good wash or a new sign.nnThe Security guard looks like a trained assassin…nI also saw him buying food for the homeless, giving out Flapjacks. One of the homeless people said,” he’s like a Flapjack Jesus”nThey will sing songs, about himnnRecommended to buy the things, you didn’t know you wanted.
It was brilliant. Car park could be bigger , but the weather was great and I let the Mrs and our girlfriend go into B&M while I wandered out onto the Chatham pier for the view and nice cool breeze and to read the four history/information plates about the pier.....came back and they were still inside, so I messaged them to say I was in the car with the a/c on chilling.nnApparently it's a very good and quite large B&M..... hopefully I'll never have to verify this
THIS IS A GOOD B&M... ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED. ALWAYS BARGAINS TO BE FOUND. GREAT FOR MEALTIME, PACK LUNCHTIME, BEDROOM AND BATHROOM BITS AND BOBS.. AND FOR YOUR PET TOYS ALSO!! BIRTHDAY GIFTS.. AND FILL EVERYONE'S STOCKINGS AT CHRISTMAS TIME.. NICE FRIENDLY STAFF ALWAYS.
Not a good store to shop at, when you go to the tills only one is open & a long queue which made the time in the carpark over an hour by 17min & resulting in a parking fine for £50. The store is very messy and boxes everywhere in the aisles causing trip hazards unsuitable for people in wheelchairs, it shows bad management.
