I’ve brought my dog to this practice since he was a puppy, he is now 8.  My complaint isn’t with the vets or nurses as all are lovely and helpful it’s down to the 3 week wait for an appointment. This hasn’t been the case in years gone by and really isn’t good enough especially with the cost involved.

This is a brilliant vets, the staff care so much for our pets, it isn't too expensive and you can always get an appointment.  The out of hours service is also fantastic.

The vets and staff are super lovely and helpful here.  Sound advice and really caring towards my dog.  Highly recommended

New to this vets with the arrival of two ginger kittens, the support staff and the veterinarian are all unbelievably friendly, efficient, caring and professional. The practice never appears chaotic and is a pleasure to visit, easy to park. The kittens got Dreamies too so it's a thumbs up from them too!

All the staff are amazing. I have a dog with a fear of the vets due to issues at his previous one and the staff here are so kind and understanding with him. They don't make me feel like a bad owner with a bad dog, which he isn't, he is acting through fear. They are so patient with him.  I can't thank them or recommend this vets enough.

I have used the Billinge practice for many years. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to care for my pets. I would not take them anywhere else.
