"Bryn Veterinary Centre was opened in 2005 by Chris Copeman MRCVS. We started with just one vet and one nurse but quickly flourished due to word of mouth and we are now very well known and highly recommended by our clients in the area.In 2009, Chris opened a second branch in Golborne. This practice again grew quickly and in the last four years has become as popular as our main surgery at Bryn.Our staff now consists of five Veterinary Surgeons, seven Nurses and a receptionist, who work between both practices. The majority of our staff have been with us for a long time so you will often see the same faces when you visit, a factor that many of our clients appreciate."

I have a very nervous German Shepherd, who would normally need sedating to be able to get treatment. Due to the the time taken and patience. The vet managed to do what was needed without having to sedate him. I cannot thank them enough they are excellent The lady in reception was fantastic and gave me some valuable advice about ways to keep a check on his weight. These guys go above and beyond.
Can't recommend this vets enough, our first experience of surgery with our girl. We had Skye neutered today and such an emotional rollercoaster. The staff are so compassionate and caring, explained everything and the care was second to none. They kept in touch with us every step of the way, not to mention sorting the Blue Cross scheme and saving us £200, dont take your pets anywhere else, a genuine caring practice that truly puts your pets first thank you so much for looking after what am sure you will remember as 'our pretty little princess' xx
Bronco wasn't doing so well and we got him seen at Golborne. unfortunately his diagnosis wasn't what we want to hear. We can't thank Golborne and Bryn vets enough. Bronco went between both surgeries needing tests and treatment. Unfortunately a few weeks later we had to make the decision to put bronco to sleep for his own welfare. The care and compassion we received was fantastic and we are so grateful. So thank you!
We have been attending Bryn and Golborne Veterinary Centre in Golborne for the past 14 years and cannot fault any of the staff there. Our pets have had nothing but the best care from them and we would 100% recommend the centre.
Had to take my beloved cat as she wasn't well, I was in a right state, the girls there were compassionate , caring all the way through , my Missis was put to sleep on 3/4/23 , nearly 16 years old , I brought her home so the family could say goodbye and we buried her at home where she belongs. Thank you xxx
Called for pre-op blood test as a baseline for future reference. Young cat, VN health checked. A gold standard request, you’d think that’d be appreciated not manipulated for money!!!! Obviously, if there was a concern they could profit then from consultation, further tests and/or treatment….but no, short sighted money grabbers! Several phone calls later: Bryn are the ONLY local vets who “needed” a vet consultation and charge! to request this!!! Not even local corporate money grabbing vets demanded an appointment! In fact they were surprised I asked at all!!! Be careful when trying to access gold standard care! I have complained and requested management/clinical lead call-back so hopefully this will change and pet health will be prioritised over profit! My complaint is not about the vets, nurses or support staff it is the dictators and pen pushers behind them!

Excellent consultation very thorough check up and I was offered options for her treatment and everything fully explained. She was very kind and caring to my dog obviously a committed dog lover thank you
Simple, fuss-free experience. The lady I spoke to on the phone in reception was lovely and very helpful. At our appointment we saw the vet pretty much straightaway and she was great very good with our dogs, one of whom is very nervous.
