Without a doubt the worst practice ever 😱 days to get through to make an appointment then weeks to be seen.

after phoning 45 times you get told no appointments & to phone 8.30 the next day, it’s got worse since it’s merged with two other practices, think it’s time to move doctors

the dr's are ok the reception staff are the worse iv ever had the displeasure to share oxygen with had blood tests weeks ago and iv received many letters asking me to speak to dr but every time i ring i get fobbed off there is never any appointments and god forbid you have a job coz you get treated like a leper, so after several attempts i still havnt got my results and feel weaker and weaker everyday oh i was told i can book online but need to visit drs with ID when i dont finish work till 6pm and not open on weekends , THINGS NEED TO CHANGE FOR WORKING PEOPLE and staff need a customer care course

Hard to deal with 
the option that 14 days waiting to speak with a GP is  exceptable
