Condescending receptionists, Drs who do not listen and have a negative effect on health. No support or care for the housebound. Honestly I wouldn't take a wild animal here.

The doctors here are fantastic with all my family. Yes it's a bit frustrating booking appointments, but they are doing a great job given the pressure the NHS is under due to cutbacks.

It's not their fault but I have never seen the same GP twice in a row and I cant STAND having to phone in the morning and roll the dice to see if I get an appointment. Like most men I am reluctant to go to the doctors when I should as it is and the appointment system just puts me off going.

Sick to death of ringing up at 8:30 to be in queue position 30 on the phone trying to get an appointment, then when you turn up the doctor is late and you end up waiting over 45 minutes to be seen. Disgraceful surgery now going elsewhere !
