Receptionist's are the most unhelpful people going when you need appointments their attitude is all wrong for customer face / phone. I thought their job was to help? They do not deviate from the script and do not try and offer an alternative solution! Doctor's are good but in "my opinion" the practice manger needs to retrain the receptionist to have a lot more compassion when dealing with genuinely ill people.....

Unable to get an appointment unless you phone at 8am.attitude if receotionist is appalling when you try to get an appointment for another day without phoning at 8am. They don't have enough doctors for the patience on the books, it's all about the money not the welfare of those who are in their care

Receptionist attitude is awful, so abrasive and rude, i called up for an appointment as in a lot of pain, was told to call 8am or no appointments, called the next day was told nothing for another 2 weeks, when I said i was in pain she said well if its and emergency you can have one today, i said well my legs not hanging off what do you call an emergency as i dont want to take it from a sick baby etc, she said well if your leg was hanging off you would got to hospital. Yes love, I was trying to bring humour into it as you were being so cold and abraisive. not the first time ive called to be made to feel like I was something she stuck to her shoe! awful woman.

Fantastic doctors. Having problems with my back since a teen (scoliosis) when the pain flared up I was just expecting then to do what all my previous doctors do and just give me pain relief. The doctor I seen (Dr kipling) sent me for xrays and blood tests, I just had to go upstairs and had the xray straight away. Fantastic doctors.
