I have sold one property in Glasgow in 2016 with a auction but I previously instructed your agency to sell. Your team leader Nicole found out this and send me the invoice on selling fees and introduction fees. I have agreed to pay selling fees but Nicole insist me to pay introduction fees(£1800) as she kept telling me they introduced the buyer and the buyer went for auction not through them in the end. Let me explain this clearly: There is no communication to link between the buyer and me through your firm. the buyer saw the Ad but did not show further interest to purchase the flat. When you pointed out Introduce to me I did not get phone call or email to show this buyer wanted to go further. With withdrawal fees which includes digital production and online where the buyer saw the Ad make sense to me. So I am entitled to pay withdrawal fees only. I don’t take an ‘ Introduction’ explained by Nicole. It doesn’t make sense when the clause 33 which drawn by your agency was mentioned ‘introduce to me’ because clearly I did not get introduced by your firm!! I am getting tired of your agency use wording ‘ introduction’ to make extras just because I instructed the auction to sold the flat. but your agency still made withdrawal fees. Those names from your agency that I dealt with are Darren who made the contract and Nicole who communicate with me through all process. I had the worse experience with your agency. For those who instruct this agency please be cautious and double check ‘buyer premium service’! I was threaten and forced paid 1800 premium fees in the end as they treaten me take legal action AND this is not fair at all! Because as a ‘ renowned’ agency you only care make extras. Absolutely disgraceful! I wouldn’t recommend this.

We sold our property in Meadowfield Drive Edinburgh within 2 weeks thanks to McEwan Fraser. They were professional, friendly and efficient from the first contact. The app was particularly helpful as it allowed us to view all progress and interest shown on our property at any time. I would not hesitate to recommend McEwan Fraser. Excellent all round service.

I have just accepted an offer on my property in Glasgow Road Denny. FK6 5DN. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the team I have dealt with during the selling process as at all times I have been treated with courtesy and professionalism and all communications have been effective, up to date and concise taking into account my own particular work situation.
