Extremely bad service. Nobody serving at till and waiting over 20 mins to be served. Restaurant is always filthy and poorly managed. Nobody cleaning tables, all full of other people's leftovers. Go to Burger King or Supermacs a short distance away if you want a faster service and cleanliness. This place is disgusting.Food: 3/5
As a fast-food chain, it should not take time much. I ordered a vegan burger but it took me like forever. They gave us a queue number but they didn’t work with that number. Wheelchair accessibility: The place is always full of customers on every floor. The staff didn't care about where you sit and no one would suggest you move even if a person with a disability came.
One of the McDonalds on O’Connell street. It looks small from outside but the multi-storey structure makes it to accommodate and serve number of customers. I found the order ready time is comparatively lesser here. You can get nice view of O’Connell street if you sit on the upper floor. They have washrooms also here and code for the same can be found on order receipt.
I went to MC Donald’s restaurant in O’Connell street upper, ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with no pickles, when I got home and was about to eat it they had given me a quarter pounder and not a double, and there was pickles when I had asked for no pickles. I got very mad because I’ve paid for a double and got just a pounder and with something that I’ve asked to not have inside.
This mcdonald clearly wants to be top ranked. Employees quickly remove orders from the computer and display them on the board in green. As a tourist, this is confusing for me because the lady I asked for my number that just showed up "to be picked up" told me that I still have to wait. I know English but the Irish accent makes it impossible for me to understand some words, which is why the reception board is supposed to help me. Very unpleasant behavior and I advise you to avoid this McDonald's because it's not the guest that matters here, but the statistics!!!!
Mcdonalds is one of the best place to have good food at decent cost. For students like me it is very helpful as it provides student meal at 5 euro. Mcdonalds is helping students in a very big way by providing good cost effective food. This Mcdonalds outlet is unique as it is open 24*7. Many times after study when i am hungry at night i often visit this outlet. They are always open and i can have good food in only 5 euro. Many food places and restaurants are closed after 9 or 10 but if anyone is hungry anytime just go to this Mcdonalds they are always there with their super delicious food at affordable price . Their staff is also very helpful and guides first time customers to select best meal for them. This is a must try outlet and one must go here for good food anytime.
The food was as good as you would expect from McDonald's. The staff were being helpful to the customers and cleaning the dining room. I was pleasantly surprised this morning.Food: 5/5
It’s soo far the WORST branch of McDonald’s I have ever visited in my entire life. The toilet is always close , the staff are blatantly complaining and fighting while on the job, the staff look unhygienic and about to have mental breakdown. They never open the toilet even the security guard said that , he was lovely compared to the others. The girl manager said that it’s slippery and can’t be opened.. I heard that goes on throughout the day because it’s short staff and they don’t want to deal with it. terrible terrible
Old cold stale food @ 0100hrs on a Saturday night. Why would you serve people food that bad. Unbelievably bad food quality? Go back to training, and get better. Not paying money to be served precooked cheap ready meal.Food: 1/5
One of the cleanest and most organized 24hrs McDonald's in Dublin trulyFood: 4/5
