Got a 3 in 1 and a can of Coke. 5.60 for the "large" 3 in 1.... the tray was large. After that the tray was half full. Scabby amount of egg fried rice down the bottom a few chips that didn't fill the tray and I'd say about an 8th of a ladle of curry sauce. I know san sans. I know they can do better. The food, what I got, was lovely, there just wasn't enough. Delivery driver was courteous and nice. No fork with the 3 in 1 either. For an Asian take away a 3 in 1 should be a staple. If you can't get that right then get out of the business.
Confirmed my order then rang me five minutes later asking for extra cash at the door if I want my food so I asked to cancel my order but was told orders can’t be cancelled after confirmed and refuse to refund meService: 1/5
Nice food great for when you been out on late one and nowhere get food
Would not even rate this evening food, does not give the option for zero, used to order all the time and was great but seriously went downhill, get price on phone and driver charges something totally different, wake up and get back on track rid yourself of all the wasters that have dragged you down.

The food is nice, the portion size is small but where else can you go up to 04.30 in the morning for a munch ..

I was very surprised with the customer service last night.. we would consider ourselves regulars, at least twice a month over the past 8 or 9 months. After ordering on just-eat, it was the usual waiting time but about 2 minutes before arrival, we got a call saying it would be an extra €2 for delivery? She was quite abrupt and rude on the phone, saying we were over 5km from the restaurant, we then Google mapped a 2.7km distance and 5min drive, I wasn't expecting our Chinese takeaway to be served with a side of waffle! Quite rudely told "I'll let you away with it tonight, now keep an eye out for me because I'm not calling again!" ..Honestly if we hadn't already paid online I'd have told her to take the food back.. We've never been asked for extra for delivery, so rang the restaurant back to speak to a manager.. and we were told that the lady who delivered was the manager.. we were in shock! I feel sorry for your employees having to deal with that every day... best of luck!
