Ordered through Uber eats app and wow the whole lot of my order is stone cold. I paid for sauces too and never got them, they ALWAYS do this. And to top it off I’d like to know who’s making the burgers, because at this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if they had employed my 93 year old blind grandmother.
Last 3 times I went here and they got the order wrong. Shorting us on a few things now. The staff for Some reason wander round as though they don't know what they are doing. They are pleasant, though, so just putting it down to poor training. I try to avoid negative reviews incase it was just a one off experience, it wasn't.
Went there with kids, ordered 3 meals one of the being happy meal...after we waited for so long.....burger from happy meal was missing, the completely mixed up other order didn't get what I wanted and the last meal was quite cold. That was probably the last time we go there.
It's a hit and miss system. Everytime I order something it's either, missing or is not even warm . Or I get a completely different order to what I actuallynhave ordered. This has happened on multiple occasions now I don't drive so I get it delivered as it's quite a distance . I do get it's a busy environment as I've worked in a fast food restaurant but surely it takes seconds to check order over before being sent out to delivery drivers to make sure everything is in . Don't get me wrong the mangers have been great in the past and have given me delivery number to contact to get a refund and we all make mistakes nobody's perfect I just think something needs to be done about it as it's put me off ordering in the future
The past 3 times we've ordered have been so bad and inconsistent. One week our food arrived but no drinks, the following order a few weeks later one burger was missing. This time the food was very late, it was cold, the double quarter pounder with cheese was missing letters etc but the big mac was missing half the burger! We've given McDonald's thornaby multiple chances to get their service right and time after tike they cannot provide the correct service nor can they take responsibility l. When we call to speak to them regarding our issues they just blame the delivery driver lsnnIn conclusion, it's put my family right off McDonald's and if we had to eat it it definitely won't be from this branch
