McDonald's Norton Canes Msa

Unbelievably poor service. At 23:30 on Monday 19th March. I was the only customer at the counter with no one waiting for orders. Three young staff were talking amongst themselves and saw me waiting, they continued to chat. Another older, obviously more senior staff member asked if one on them was serving me. I heard them reply, it’s not our till. The senior member of staff then walked off. I waited another moment and gave up and walked away. Never experienced anything quite like this before. Avoid McDonald’s at the M6 tolls services. One star is too much!

Rude staff! The girl taking the order doesn't listen. Asked for kids meals and drinks with no ice. Got adult meals and drinks with ice. When I complained she said I ordered adult meals!!! She didn't even apologise!!! Poor customer service. I highly recommend McDonald management to train these people before ruining the branch reputation.

A McDonald's as you know a McDonald's although very automated, efficiently operated with a quick turn round from order to delivery. Located in the service area so convient for other services, stores and coffee shops etc. Plus all the usual motorway service area benefits!

Went for breakfast. It was quick service. Easy and lots of computers to order at. And standard greasy McDonald's food. Love it.
