Massively slow, half the order forgotten no burgers, mac cheese was just mac. 
Food was cold arrived 2:20 mins after time they said. Staff on phone lovely but no help in speeding up order. They stated they were over run, they should have said no to the order instead of delivering cold food 2:20 later than they stated. 
Poor menu as nothing vegatarian avaliable.  Will not use again.  
Lots of poor service reviews on facebook too.  One thing Brownhills does not lack is places selling food most are much better than this place. No stars would be my choice but had to give one star.
