Since the refurbishment, the in-store service has declined, the quickest way to be served is drive-thru or click-n-serve There seems to be a 5x waiting time for regular takeaway with no visible staff/manager who seems to be willing to prioritise in store service if only by 1 personFood: 5/5
handy for shoppers but atmosphere not that warming and the burgers fries gone up and getting soggier not tastey like they used to be or the portions

Just received my delivery and yet again iteams missing... Absolutely usless, this is the 4th time this has happened. Do not order from Margte, will be using Westwood in future.... Poor poor performance

Welcome to the soggy burger company that rips people off, portions are smaller and the prices arw bigger and the food is noi better,always getting the orders wrong, the food was cold and the staff are lame and rude.
Good food but service is slow compared to other McDonalds. They seem to be inundated with Uber and delivero orders
Absolutely discusting food cold not the right order got no help at all when you phone to try n sort it out they give you just eat number knowing you can’t talk to no one discusting

Other than a Mikeshake I don't think I will use McDonalds again, the burgers are awful and nothing like the advertising, the beef patties if you can even call them beef the jurry is out on that one are tasteless and grey the fries are not much better.
