Service was not very good , the trolley the food was brought out on was covered in previous served food and stains. When served mints at end of meal the table wasn't wiped down. Not asked if we wanted any more drinks.
We had a lovely meal again with a different choice of dishes. The very palatable house wine French enhanced the food. No room for desserts but liqueur coffees went down well. Price reasonable and service prompt without being rushed. Excellent staff who are familiar with customer service. See you again soon
went there on Saturday 17th January 2015 for a table for 10 as part of my hen do! it was our first time going to the cinnamon spice and we all loved it and will be back, and to have a take away as well. service was great and staff friendly! food was lovely aswell.
Best Indian Curry Spot in Margate. Delicious food with reasonable prices. Lovely seafront scene. Superb decor. Friendly well trained staff. We found it best in Thanet for Indian Cuisine . Rates, Taste and portion size all are balanced that you really feel satisfied and motivated to visit again . Lovely
As regular visitors to Thanet, we decided to have our evening meal at Cinnamon Spice, especially as two sets of very good friends had recommended it. We got there around 8.45pm and waited by the door to be seated. After a while a waiter appeared and was serving at a table near to the door. We asked if we could sit at a nearby table and he gestured towards it. After sitting the two children down and getting them settled, another man appeared and told us not to sit there as it was reserved. There were no signs to indicate that and one of his staff, as I mentioned earlier, had indicated that we could sit there. I asked politely if we could stay as we had settled the children, but he told us rudely we had to move. As I knew there were other restaurants in the area, we did move, out of his restaurant. I just hope that the people that had reserved the table spent enough to cover not only his lost custom this time, but also any repeat custom he may have got if we had a pleasant experience, and possibly any repeat custom from our friends, one of which was horrified when we phoned them up to tell them.
Pretty decent. All very fresh, each dish tasted suitably different. Hilariously grumpy drinks waiter made our evening. Recommended
The food is normally very good but this time they completey got our order wrong. Even when we reordered it was still wrong. Tasted okay, but still not what we ordered. Very disappointed, having been here many times before.
Took 6 friends after a show and all agreed it was the best curry we had tasted in years Lovely aroma's and fantastic regional dishes.Not to be missed curry lovers.
Food was OK. But waiter was very rude from the moment we arrived. If it wasn't quite late I would have gone elsewhere. Wish I had now. The guy should be fired!
Excellent freshly made curries. Their Tandoori specialities are truly great. Not oily just very tasty. Recommended!
